Attached to the house is a small self contained apartment catering for a couple or family with 1 or 2 small children. The apartment is open plan kitchen and bedroom with a separate shower and toilet.
The house is set within 116 acres of mixed pasture and rain-forest containing various bird species such as Victoria?s Rifle Bird, Kookaburras, King Parrots and Rainbow Lorikeets to name but a few.
